How can I make an online reservation?
You can book directly with us through our Booking Engine.
Can I book by email or phone? Will the prices be the same as online?
Yes. If you prefer, you can contact us by email or phone. The prices are the same as those applied to online bookings.
Can I book the entire property?
Yes. Please contact our team to check conditions, availability, and rates.
I am under 18, can I stay without being accompanied by an adult?
No. Accommodation is only allowed for guests over 18 years old, unless accompanied by an adult.
Can I make a reservation for other person(s)?
Yes. However, the online check-in must include the details of all guests. The card used for payment may also be requested upon arrival or by email.
What payment methods are available?
Payment must be made by credit card through the link we provide.
Are there discounts or special rates for group bookings?
Yes. Depending on the number of rooms and guests, special rates may apply. Please contact our team.
I am doing the Camino de Santiago, do you offer special rates for pilgrims?
Yes. By booking directly with us, you receive 15% off any room type. Please contact our team before booking.
What is the online check-in? Is it mandatory?
Yes, it is mandatory. After your booking confirmation, you will receive a link to fill in the details of all guests and complete payment. You can do it anytime until the day of arrival. We recommend completing it 24 hours before your arrival.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out until 11:00 a.m.
If there is no reception, how do I enter the property and access my room?
On the day of arrival, after completing the online check-in and payment, you will receive by email or message the access codes to the property and your room. This is a ‘keyless’ stay.
Is there a curfew?
No. Guests can enter and leave freely.
My flight arrives late, can I check in during the night?
Yes. Once your online check-in is completed, you will receive the access codes and can enter at any time.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Subject to availability. Please request in advance from reception.
I did the online check-in and payment a few days ago but haven’t received the codes yet. Is this normal?
Yes. Codes are only sent on the day of arrival.
I booked for today but haven’t received the codes yet. Is it immediate?
No, the access codes are not sent automatically. Our team needs time to verify the online registration and payment before sending the codes. Once both steps have been completed, the codes will be sent as soon as possible. If it is already after 3 pm and you are at the property, please contact our team directly for a quicker response.
Can I request an extra bed?
No. Rooms do not allow extra beds. If the number of guests exceeds the room limit, you will need to book an additional room.
I am traveling with a baby, do you have a crib available?
Yes. We provide a crib with mattress and bedding free of charge. Not all rooms allow it, so please contact our team to confirm.
Which rate should I choose?
Non-refundable: cheaper, but with no possibility of cancellation or changes.
Refundable: allows changes/cancellations up to 3 days before check-in, with full or partial refund.
How can I change or cancel my booking?
It depends on the chosen rate. Please check the conditions of your reservation. If in doubt, contact our team.
If I don’t show up without notice, will the full amount be charged?
Yes.
What if my transport is canceled and I cannot arrive?
The cancellation policy will be applied according to the rate chosen at the time of booking.
Can I leave my luggage before or after my stay?
We have a small luggage storage area, subject to availability.
Can I smoke in the room?
Only in the balconies, on the rooftop terrace, or in the garden. Smoking is not allowed in rooms without a balcony or in other indoor areas. Fines apply for non-compliance.
If there is no reception, how can I get support during my stay?
Reception is available by phone during check-in and check-out hours. At night, an emergency support team is available.
How does the shared kitchen work? Are there time restrictions? Do you serve breakfast?
Our shared kitchens are fully equipped and available for guest use, subject to the house rules. They may be used between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Please note that breakfast is not included or provided.
Do you have laundry service?
No. We can recommend nearby laundries. A domestic washing machine is available for guest use.
Where can I park my car?
We don’t have private parking. Free parking is available nearby, and there is also a paid underground car park (SABA da Pontinha) 500m away.
Can I bring my pet?
Not yet 😊
I forgot or lost something. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible, providing details of the item. We will do our best to help you recover it.
Can I host a party or invite people to my room?
No. Parties and unauthorized visitors are not allowed.
If you don’t provide individual shampoo/shower gel bottles, do I need to bring my own?
You’re welcome to bring your own toiletries if you prefer. However, all bathrooms are equipped with large dispensers containing shower gel and hand soap.
How does cleaning and linen/towel change work?
Common areas are cleaned daily. Linen and towels are changed every 3 days free of charge. Extra changes may incur a fee. Basic room cleaning and rubbish removal are free upon request.
Can I use disposable utensils (plates, cutlery, straws, plastic bags)?
You can, but we encourage you to avoid them, in line with our sustainability policy.
